Summary
- Looking at where bars create gaps between it and the prior bar
- I was researching follow-through bars and good targets for them – it seems 1:1 is reasonable unless they themselves are the biggest bar – then half is more likely like above
How to use:
- Helping train the eyes to focus on gaps and breakout trading of 2nd legs,
- Timing the second leg of a pullback for trend continuation entries
- Finding a good place to take profit in trading ranges
