
Intro
Today I did a workout from La Serra High School PE Program – it was a system developed in the 60s.
But by doing it everyday, the high school kids could complete physical feats in under one year that most pro athletes cannot do today.
It got me thinking about how I train my trading skills.
I like to rep it out.
Directions
– Set a repeating timer for 10 minutes / 1 min bells – (IOS “Insight Timer” or websites do it)
– Use one of these drill lists below – or setup ANKI Flashcards
– Work through one chart to find every instance of those concepts/setups/entries/patterns. If you finish early, do it on another chart.
Further notes:
– I started with only being able to do 6 minutes before my head hurt.
– Within a few months of doing this for 10 – 20 minutes each day, I built up
– My max is well over 2 hours, and I do not get tired afterwards. I will try and test myself again.
